Online Store - Delivery

  1. All orders must be paid for in full before delivering.
  2. Get Barked only delivers to the Perth Metro area.
  3. If cold producrs are ordered the customer MUST leave out an esky, if order needs to be delivered again an extra delivery charge will need to be paid.
  4. Get Barked leaves orders at a safe location at the front of the property, we do not take responsablity for orders that are damged or stolen once we have left.
  5. Pick up is availble from our Bayswater warehouse by appointment only.

Online Store - Delivery Days

  1. Western Suburbs - Wednesday
  2. Northern Suburbs - Thursday
  3. Southern Suburbs - Friday

Online Store - Refunds

  1. If an order is damaged please notify Get Barked within 12 hours of receiving goods.
  2. Get Barked does not cover theft once delivered.
  3. Get Barked Will only offer a store credit for change of mind including items on Back Order


  1. When booking through Get Barked you must provide all info about your pet’s behaviour.
  2. If the info is found to be incorrect Get Barked has the right to cancel the job without refunding payment.
  3. Owners must declare if pets are aggressive or have any medical conditions.


  1. Payment can be made via cash, eftpos, paypal or bank transfer. If paying via bank transfer it is your reasonability to provide a transaction receipt and can take up to 3 days to reach our account.
  2. Payment in full within 7 days prior to commencement.
  3. $10 Public Holiday surcharge.
  4. Full payment required for all bookings.



  1. Cancellations made with 24-48 hours notice before the job will receive a full credit.
  2. Cancellations made with 24hours or less notice will forfeit the full booking fee.


  1. Get Barked have the right to refuse to walk any pet during any weather conditions where either the pet &/or the dog walkers health, safety or wellbeing is deemed at risk.
  2. Dogs will not be walked in temperatures over 30 degrees.
  3. Dogs will be walked in light rain and light showers, however, we will not walk dogs in heavey rain or storm conditions.
  4. If the weather is any of the above our Dog Walkers will visit your dog and play with them in the comfort of their own back yard.



  1. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the dog walker can gain easy entrance and grant safe access to your pet to perform the booked service. If we can not gain safe access to the property the payment will be forfited.
  2. It is the client’s responsibility to fix faulty locks, doors difficult to open and remove any obstruction to gate or house entry.
  3. If Get Barked staff cannot gain access to your property safely you will forfeit the full booking fee.



  1. If Get Barked requires keys to gain access to your property they must be supplied on the first meeting.
  2. It is preferred that clients supply keys at our free meet & greet. If unable to do so alternative arrangements to be discussed during the consultation. If additional key arrangements are required for either pick up or return, our Clients will incur a minimum fee of $15.00. The fee will only apply if a separate trip is required by Get Barked.
  3. Get Barked runs a 2 key system for all jobs that requires a key, this meas you (the owner) must supply 2 keys or have a spare key accessible 24/7.
  4. If Get Barked is required to get a spare key cut a fee of $10 will be added to the invoice.
  5. To ensure saftey and security Get Barked houses all keys in a safe utilising only an Owners name on the tags Corresponding addesses are not housed with the keys
  6. Get Barked will happily hold onto keys for emergencies.
  7. Keys remain the property of the Owner.
  8. If garage/gate remote batteries require replacement to gain access a $20 fee will be added to your invoice.


  1. Neither Get Barked or any of our Staff take responsibility for any damage to property of the client or others unless such damage is directly caused by the negligent act of a Get Barked representative.


  1. In an emergency Get Barked will take your pet to the closest Vet. If no Vet is listed or in the case of an after hours emergency we will transport your pets the Baldivis Vet Hospital.
  2. Get Barked takes no reasonability on the payment of Vet bills.
  3. In a life or death situation and you (the owner) or the next of kin can not be contacted Get Barked will make the decision recommended by the vet.
  4. Get Barked takes no responsibility for the actions taken by the vet unless in a life or death situation as meantioned above.

Safety & Precautions

  1. Get Barked reserves the rights to refuse to take any dog if they show aggressive behaviour at time of pick up or signs of illness and or are taking medication for transmittable virus or sickness.
  2. If concerns prevent the Get Barked staff member from continuing servicing your pet, the Owner will be contacted immediately for alternate care arrangements.
  3. Get Barked reserves the rights to refuse to take any dog if they show aggressive behaviour at time of pick up or signs of  illness and or are taking medication for transmittable virus or sickness.
  4. Get Barked maintins full public liability insurance howver this provides no insurance for pets which is the responsibility of the owners at all times.
  5. Get Barked does not accept any responsibility for any loss, injury or accident caused whilst your pet is in our care. All our staff will provide a high standard of care while attending to your pets needs and every precaution taken to avoid any accidents or injury.
  6. Get Barked will not be responsible for the safety of any pet/s, or held liable for the death, injury, disappearance, or legal consequences of any pet with unsupervised access to the outdoors.
  7. any costs associated with Veterinary treatment or consultations for treatment will be at the owners ecpense. all possible attempts will be made by Get Barked to contact the owner for approval prior to accepting the Vets recomendation as previously stated.
  8. Owners give full consent for Get Barked and its staff to access any required Veterinary medical treatment by acceptance of the booking.

Website Term of Use

These Hire Contact Conditions apply to the exclusion of any other conditions proposed by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by Get Barked and the customer in writing. Get Barked agrees to hire equipment to the customer on terms set out in this document. If the customer wishes to hire equipment the customer must sign this document.

1. Get Barked Obligation:

1.1 - Allow the customer to take and use the equipment for the hire period.
1.2 - Provide the equipment to the customer in a clean manner.
1.3 - Provide the equipment to the customer in a good working order.

2. Customer Obligations:

2.1 - Return the equipment to Get Barked when it is due back.
2.2 - Return the equipment to Get Barked in a clean manner.
2.3 - Return the equipment to Get Barked in a good working order.
2.4 - Report and provide full details to Get Barked of any damage to equipment within 24 hours of damage occurring.
2.5 - The customer must not tamper, damage or repair the equipment.
2.6 - Lose or part with possession of the equipment.
3. Payments
3.1 - Pay hire charge on or before commencement.
3.2 - Pay full cost of repairing or replacing any damage done to equipment within 24 hours of invoice.
3.3 - Pay full cost of replacing equipment if lost of stolen within 24 hours of invoice.
3.4 - Pay a $10 per day Late fee on top of daily fee.
